At Pure Harvest Oils, we produce bulk cooking oils and wholesale edible oils to order so our customers receive fresh, high-quality products.

Production & Processing Time

Our standard production time is currently 7–10 business days. Because our edible oils are made to order, your order must complete production before it is shipped.

Commercial & Wholesale Orders

Commercial accounts and large wholesale orders may require additional processing or production time. Please allow sufficient time for production, freight arrangements, and carrier transit.

Shipping Methods

Pure Harvest Oils ships orders using available shipping and freight services appropriate for the product quantity, destination, and packaging. Shipping methods may include parcel delivery, ground shipping, freight, or other suitable transportation services.

Domestic Shipping

We ship throughout the United States, including the 48 contiguous states. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii may require additional shipping charges. Large commercial and bulk orders may incur additional freight charges.

International Shipping

Pure Harvest Oils offers international shipping to selected destinations. International shipping costs are based on product weight, package dimensions, destination, shipping method, and carrier charges. Customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery time begins after the 7–10 business day production period. Total delivery time includes production time, carrier transit time, and applicable customs processing for international orders.

Order Tracking

When tracking information is available, customers will receive shipment or tracking information associated with their order.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delays or additional shipping costs.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact Pure Harvest Oils as soon as possible with your order information and photographs of the damaged package and products.

Packaging

Bulk products may be shipped in appropriate containers such as 1 L, 5 L, 20 L, 200 L drums, or 1 metric ton IBC containers, depending on the product and order selected.
